It's my one year anniversary! I've been married to ~FreshBakedPixels for exactly one year now. We've been together for nearly 10 years now, but this is the first full year we've actually spent together. I'm so glad I don't have to watch him board a plane anymore! This year has gone by so fast, though. It feels like just a couple months ago that we said "I do". We've had some bumps along the way, but we made it through all of them and we'll continue to make it through. So here's to one year and looking forward to many more!

We were going to go to dinner, but we're both broke as dirt, so we had a picnic instead. I made a strawberry + french vanilla cake with cream cheese icing (his favorite), and he made an amazing chicken Alfredo. We went to the park, ate the pasta, had some sparkling cider, and split the slice of cake. It wasn't a fancy anniversary, but I spent it with the love of my life, so I'm happy. <3



Aside from that, I've been playing Pokemon a lot and getting more into Tumblr. Expect a bunch of Pokemon sketch dumps there, and then eventually here--probably in my scraps. I know I don't post journals that much, but I don't have many interesting things to say. xD If you want to hear about my daily life (really? you do? why?) then your best bet would be my Twitter or Tumblr.
